- Pet Types: Dogs & Cats only
- Weight Limit: Each pet must weigh under 75lbs
- Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds are not permitted.
- Pet Fees:
- One-time non-refundable pet fee $300
- Monthly pet rent: $30 per pet
- Pet Limit: A maximum of two pets per apartment.
